
As co-founder of FLC Capital Advisors, Max’s primary role is managing the strategic outlook for the investments of all of the firm’s clients. With more than 27 years of financial services experience in the Coachella Valley, Max has extensive knowledge in financial and retirement planning, portfolio management, bonds, equities, real estate, annuities, estate planning, tax planning, and more. Max holds the Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) accreditation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, as well as FINRA Series 24 General Securities Principal license, Series 7 General Securities Representative, NASAA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination, Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor Examination, NFA Series 31 Managed Futures, and California Life Insurance Licenses.
On August 15, 2012, Max Briggs became Director on the Board of Directors of both First Foundation Inc. and First Foundation Bank. He serves on the Banks Nominating and Governance and Audit Committee’s.
Max is a Stetson University graduate with degrees in business administration and finance. He resides in Indian Wells, California with his wife and four children.
