As an iatrical part of FLC Capital Advisors' Client Services, my primary responsibilities include overseeing the setup, maintenance, and administration of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. I serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely updates on their investments and account status. I ensure that all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Additionally, I assist financial advisors with client-related tasks, including preparing documents and following up on client requests. When complex client issues or escalated concerns arise, I work diligently to ensure prompt resolution and client satisfaction. I also review challenging cases with my colleagues, providing constructive feedback, suggesting alternative approaches, and helping brainstorm solutions to overcome obstacles.

What keeps me motivated is the opportunity to create seamless and efficient interactions between our firm, clients, and partner companies. I find great satisfaction in managing the everyday communication channels and ensuring that client service requirements flow smoothly and swiftly.
